About Resilient Edge

Founded by Ethan Goldman in 2020, Resilient Edge is focused on supporting community-based solutions to decarbonization with innovative data analytics. Ethan has been developing software for sustainability since 2001, developing systems to find and quantify energy-optimization opportunities using data from smart meters, smart thermostats, and other data acquisition systems. 

Ethan holds two patents on software algorithms for energy data analysis. He has published papers in both academic and industry journals. He has also spoken on the topic of innovative clean energy analytics at numerous conferences. He has also done research on both behavioral aspects of energy data feedback and on non-intrusive load monitoring.
